Advantage TS Pro-Active support contracts have been created to ensure that your network is serviced and working to its full capabilities. Microsoft and other main software applications require security updates on a quarterly basis as a minimum requirement. This is also an opportunity to check and restore data on backup tapes and for you to utilise a qualified engineer for any help or projects that you may have. When a network is regularly serviced it enhances the longevity of equipment and resolves faults before they have an impact on day to day working.

As every visit is completed your IT service log book will be updated, this will enable you to have full control of your network whilst using us as your right arm for IT. This includes network information and any changes or updates that may have been made. Advantage TS will always write your reports in a language which everyone will be able to understand. This will enable you to foresee incidents such as your hard disk drive capacity being reached and will allow you to budget for expansion when required.
