This could be on a 4 hour response against your Server and critical equipment, or an 8 hour response on your workstations and printers. With our helpdesk and remote access we can ensure qualified assistance is there when you need it most - when there is a problem.

Advantage TS recognises that the cost of hardware is ever decreasing and hardware failure is less. This is because new technology has a quick turn around resulting in improved hardware stability and decreasing current hardware values. At Advantage TS we offer contracts that exclude parts, this means that you will not pay a premium for a service that you may not require. In the event that a part is required it would be fitted under the contract so that the only expense is for the part itself. We have a large stock of parts for main brand equipment.
